Nutritional Therapy treats the whole person - body and mind - using primarily nutrition combined, where necessary, with an individual supplement program, herbs, life style changes and diagnostic testing. Nutritional Therapists also liaise with other health care professionals, where appropriate, such as medical herbalists, homeopaths, acupuncturists, colonic hydro-therapists and General Practioners to provide the best over-all health care for their clients in any given situation.

Where a client is already undergoing orthodox treatment we can work with them to help support their treatment plan and to help them more effectively manage their illness. Nutritional Therapists work in consensus with their clients and through negotiation so that you feel comfortable with your own personalised program. The overall aim being to help all people of all ages to gain and maintain their own personal peak energy, vitality and wellness, so that you can live your life to your fullest potential.

Eating Disorders

A fully confidential service working with people with Eating Disorders. Each client is treated as an individual with care and respect. We work at the clients own pace, within set boundary's that respect the integrity of both the therapist and client. During the course of the treatment plan we will address issues such as self esteem, body image, nutrition, mood and food, feelings and how to deal with them, stress reduction and management, cognitive issues, and general over all health and wellbeing. Jayne is a member of the Eating Disorders Network of Ireland and works within the guidelines set down by the organisation.
